About Sharon Valenti
Sharon Valenti is an evidential medium and complex trauma coach who works with people navigating grief, loss, and the questions that often arise after the death of a loved one. Her approach is grounded, compassionate, and respectful. She believes people heal best when they feel safe, understood, and never pressured to believe anything that doesn’t feel right to them.
Sharon’s path into mediumship began after the loss of her son, Shah. In the midst of grief, she began noticing clear and meaningful signs that led her to explore spirit communication more deeply. Rather than accepting those experiences blindly, she chose to study mediumship thoughtfully and ethically.
She has trained extensively with respected teachers, including Tony Stockwell, John Holland, Janet Nohavec, and at the Arthur Findlay College in England. Sharon is known for her down-to-earth, evidential approach and her focus on helping people recognize their loved ones in spirit.
She wrote this book to help demystify mediumship, clear up common misconceptions, and offer an honest, grounded understanding of what spirit communication is really about.
